Outreach, Education, and Training

Kristie has always been passionate about providing mental health education to help reduce stigma and increase early detection and treatment. Over the years, she has provided training on anxiety, eating disorders, teen mental health, goal setting, communication, self-worth, mental health for dancers, body image, and more. Kristie has presented at community events, in theaters, dance studios, mental health practices, schools, and hospitals.

Presentations are available in person or through Zoom for groups of all sizes. Material and duration are customizable to your groupโ€™s needs.
