Hi! Iโ€™m Kristie

And I love being a therapist.

Over the course of my career, I have worked with children, adolescents, and adults working through a wide range of challenges, including anxiety, eating disorders, gender dysphoria, identity, parenting, relationships, communication, life transitions, and everyday stressors. I welcome individuals with diverse concerns and tailor treatment to each personโ€™s unique history, values, goals, and needs.

My approach is collaborative and grounded in evidence-based care. I have a humanistic, person-centered background and use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) as a primary framework alongside other therapeutic modalities.

In addition to providing therapy, I have spent much of my career developing and leading clinical programs and mentoring other mental health professionals. Those experiences have strengthened my commitment to delivering compassionate, high-quality care.

Outside of work, you will find me snuggling all animals, cheering on Michigan football, traveling around the globe, baking, and finding any reason to dress up.

Whether youโ€™re seeking support for a specific challenge or simply feel ready for something to change, my goal in each session is to provide a space where you feel heard, respected, and supported.

I look forward to meeting you.
